The Public Service Officer is in charge of the administration and enforcement of weed control.

Weeds are defined as:

  1. Brush and woody vines
  2. Weeds and grass that have such large growth they can become a fire danger to neighboring property.
  3. Weeds which have seeds of a downy or wingy nature.
  4. Weeds that might harbors rats, insects, animals, reptiles or any other creature which may create a risk to health, public safety or welfare.
  5. Weeds and grass that exceed 12 inches.
