The Building Inspector provides services that protect the people who live, work, and visit the City of Scott City. The Building Department is dedicated to Serve & Protect the Community by providing a physical review of a property in the various stages of construction, to ensure the builder has followed all requirements of the local building codes.

The City of Scott City enforces the following:
